Background and Experience

Shelly joined Dr. Cappuccino’s practice in 2010 as the patient care coordinator. Shelly loves people and helping others feel and look their best. From the first minute you meet Shelly, you’ll see what a truly compassionate and caring person she is. Her experience spans both patient coordination and treatment delivery, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the patient experience from consultation through results.

Background and Experience

Shelly began CoolSculpting for Dr. Cappuccino in 2013 and was formally trained at the Zeltiq CoolSculpting institute in California. In 2024, she became a Licensed Esthetician.

In addition to CoolSculpting, her esthetician training supports treatments that improve overall skin quality and maintenance.

Approach to Care

Shelly’s approach is centered on communication and comfort, helping patients feel at ease as they navigate their treatment options.

Her focus remains on results that align with each patient’s goals while maintaining a natural, balanced outcome.

Outside the Office

Shelly has two beautiful children, Chase and Brystol, and likes cooking and kayaking.
