We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that such changes affect not only Dr. Cappuccino, but other patients as well. If you need to cancel your appointment please provide us with a 48 hour notice.
If you do not provide a 48 hour notice you will be charged $50 for appointments with our Nurses, $100 for appointments with Dr. Rachel Cappuccino and $150 for appointments with Dr. Guy Cappuccino. Thank you for your understanding.
